Yes, send me my 7 day course
Do We Manifest the Things That We Fear the Most?

At the start of my career as an Energy Therapist, I had a client that contacted me in relation to Tapping Therapy, because he was having epileptic seizures. He'd had problems with epilepsy since being a young boy, but he was now 19 and had just moved to a different town and was starting a whole new life studying and making new friends, it should have been a great time for him.

John told me that his seizures had gone from 'regular; about once or twice a week, mostly less' to 'often; almost every day'. He also told me that he could feel when he was about to get a seizure. This was good news for me as it was something to work with. He said that he was worried about how he was going to cope if his epilepsy started to get worst and he had regular seizures in a new town and away from all of his family and that is exactly what started to happen - he had more seizures. The more seizures he had, the more he worried about it. Then he had even more seizures until it started to happen every day.

As we were on completely different time zones (he lives in America) it wasn't convenient to do a live session by telephone, but he already knew the basics of how to Tap, so we worked through a detailed Tapping script for him and after some more advice given via email, he went away promising to work on it for the next few weeks.

I didn't hear back from him for over 2 months and I started to think that perhaps life had got in the way and he hadn't worked on the script, very common with self help techniques, so I contacted him via Facebook to follow up.

He didn't reply for a couple days but when he did get back to me his response stunned me, as is quite often the case with Tapping Therapy, he told me that not only had the script worked to ease his seizures, they had completely stopped them! He hadn't had a single seizure since using the script, and to this day he still hasn't. An amazing result, but it really got me thinking.

"Imagination is more important than knowledge." Albert Einstein

When he was moving to college and worried about making friends, coping with the workload, being away from his family and not having much money, he was obviously under a lot of stress - much more than usual. He admitted this from the beginning of our consultation, but he still hadn't made the connection between his stress and the epilepsy.

This was real proof for me that we create what you THINK will happen. It's called the Law of Attraction. The more we think about negative things or that things are going to be bad, the more likely they are to happen that way. The good news

So the next time you think about the future, and more specifically YOUR FUTURE – do yourself a favour and make it a positive thought.

Law of Attraction Not Working For You?

Perhaps you are doing 1 of these 7 things that will totally screw it up for you.

If you are hoping to use the Law of Attraction in your favour to help you to achieve your goals and manifest the life that you really desire, these are a few tips to be avoided at all costs...

1) Negativity. It will still work (the LOA works whether you believe it or not) but unfortunately it will work in a negative way. Do instead; Keep your thoughts positive and focus on the things that you do want to attract,

2) Doing nothing. The LOA isn't going to manifest all of your hearts desires if you don't take any positive actions towards your goals. Do instead; Focus for a few minutes each day on your goals and think about small steps that you can take to help you to achieve them.

3) Not being specific. Getting really clear about what you want is vital if you want the Law of Attraction to work in your favour. This is just as important as avoiding negativity because if you are not clear about what you DO want you will most likely be thinking about what you don't want (I hate this job i want a new one or I need a new car because is falling to pieces) Do instead; think in detail of what you want; I want to be promoted to Regional Manager or I want a brand new BMW.

4) Not prioritising. You can't focus on everything at one time, so prioritise at least once or twice a day on your BIG goals, don't just concentrate on the smaller goals.

5) Losing faith. An absolutely critical part of the LOA is faith. If you don't believe in yourself and the process of the Law of Attraction, how can you expect to achieve your really big goals?

6) Being ungrateful. Worrying about what you don't have is not going to move you closer to your goals. If you spend all of your time hating or resenting the things in your life, you will only attract more of the same. Do instead; find 5 things in your life that you are really grateful for and be thankful every single day. Even on a bad day! Because believe me, even on a really bad day - it could get so much worse if you act negatively.

7) Keeping it all in your head. Not writing down your goals shows that you are not really committed and that your goals are still just dreams. Think of it this way, if someone said 'I'm going to sue you' would you take them seriously? How about if you received a letter saying the same thing? Putting it writing makes you stand up and take notice and writing down your goals is sending a very clear signal to your mind - this is serious.

How to manifest your dreams – with the help of visualisations

Visualisations are a key component of achieving a goal, it doesn’t matter whether the goal is to lose weight, purchase a new car or be rich – the reason that they work is that they help you to experience what the results of your goal will feel like.

Seeing the result of their goal is one of the most common factors in successful people, virtually all of the world’s most successful people use this technique in one way or another.

The majority of the world’s top athletes do it as part of their training. It is a well documented fact that Michael Phelps used visualisations as part of his coaching when training for the 2009 Olympics.

But he didn’t just see himself winning – he actually visualised receiving the Gold medal.

So in other words, he had taken the goal to the very end – and experienced the results of achieving that goal. This created the burning desire that you need to achieve difficult goals. Lets be honest here, he could have taken his foot off the gas after winning previous medals or even before the Olympics whenever the training got too hard.

But he had created the desire to win, and by using these visualisation techniques he had taught himself that not only did he believe that he would win, he was ENTITLED to win. Those Gold medals were his; his mind had ‘seen’ the evidence. This is subliminal re-programming at its very best.

Visualisations don’t have to be difficult, they can simply be a thought process or if you are able to see pictures in your mind, you can try to imagine that you watching a movie of your ‘vision’.

Simple visualisation techniques can help you to achieve your goals because they programme your mind to believe that what you are ‘seeing’ is real. Everybody is capable of doing this but it does take some practice to get into the swing of doing it. Which ever way works best for you, you simply MUST do it if you want to succeed at manifesting your goals.

Top tip; if you are finding it hard to visualise your goals in your mind – use a vision board (or movie) instead, to help you see and experience what the results of your goals will feel like.
