Since the session I've been feeling pretty drained, but hugely positive about everything. No intensity has come back with the memories at all, so I'm very optimistic about things right now - like I do have a future, and have some control over it.
After one session, I'm very impressed with the results. After 10 years of emotional hurt I feel I can get my life back on track again, and that life is worth living.
It's hard work, but it's worth it. JK

Hi Mel, Just to let you know that I went up to xxxxx (name of place removed to protect privacy) yesterday and went hill walking. There were some places that were really steep and covered in snow. Now I know that if I had done that climb last year there were some bits where I just would have froze and been totally unable to walk (especially walking through quite deep snow on a really steep hill) through.
I was absolutely fine and the people I was with were really surprised and pleased how easily I managed so much of the climb especially the way down. So your session really helped!

It started as a warm little ball in my stomach, and as it grew it filled my whole body and then the whole room - ever so slowly, ever so wonderfully. It was as if a pipe were coiled within me, and as each new section opened up
I would feel a rush of warmth. I didn't want it to stop -- but I couldn't just stay there forever. The warmth is still glowing within me.
